postheadericon The History of Marijuana – The Real Story

This is a great documentary file which tells the true stories of where the prohibition came from and some reasons why it’s still illegal ( In some places ;) we’ll all change that ). For those who think they know the real story think again, you’ve been lied too and this film will absolutely convince you of that.

Be it right now you believe it’s wrong or right!

Facts are Fact, we can’t change history, this is what really happened to this super economical plant.

Kick back, relax get a cup of coffee and maybe even a Magar and watch one of the most informational video’s about the prohibition of marijuana, and how absolutely ridiculous it really is…. Which just shows that complete legalization will eventually take place!

    Peace

Get Your Constitutionally Protected Rights Back: Be A Part of It!

Many of you know me as Jason Lauve, a patient advocate who has supported Cannabis patients 24-7 since being acquitted of possessing 34 ounces of my Cannabis medicine on August 6th, 2009.  Since then, many people have persisted with the idea that we must raise the bar of the Cannabis business overall, including the need for research beyond the tip of the iceberg that we currently understand; supporting the need of best practices created by the industry.  In addition, I consistently engage in conversation with law enforcement, political Representatives, and other parties about why we are all here, “it’s about the patient.”  Industry compliance must first start with respect of the State Constitution and Amendment 20.

I am working with a Constitutional Attorney as well as Rico Colibri, who wrote the white paper which helped defeat the Cannabis DUI bill, and we are seeking a Declaratory Judgment on the constitutionality of a few parts of HB-1284 and SB-109. We aim to file as soon as this Monday, June 6th.  We ask for your support.

We are pursuing such an action because patients’ are protected by Amendment 20 of the Colorado Constitution. I believe that this will…

    1. Reduce costs
    2. Restore patient confidence in privacy
    3. Decrease the excessive regulation by the Government
    4. Increase access to medicine for patients
    5. Encourage a closer doctor-patient relationship
    6. Increase patient confidence and safety in using medical Cannabis centers

The current regulatory scheme under the Department of Revenue is a start to creating integrated support with the community, the patients, and the State. With our collective effort, we will create what is best for the patients.

Please let me know your concerns and/or acknowledgement of supporting us as patients in this action.  Demonstrate to the patients that Medical Marijuana Centers care about patient privacy and rights by supporting us.  Your financial contribution to our effort is required to make for a safer, more confident, and patient driven market.

We require $30,000.00 to freeze HB-1284.  When you support the patients today, we will come back to the market tomorrow.  Please send me an e-mail ASAP (JasonLauve@gmail.com) to show your support and intentions of contributing at least $200 to THE DECLARATORY JUDGMENT right now, because July 1st is too late.  Spend a few hundred dollars today or thousands in fees alone for the years to come.

Please let me know what you would like to be listed as a contributor to this pivotal milestone in the medical Cannabis movement.

    Sincerely,

    Jason Lauve
