When we grow is a documentary about cannabis in the UK. It looks at the history of the plant, the facts, its many uses and the laws and politics surrounding it.

Follow two young filmmakers on a shoe string budget, as they try to unravel what prohibition of cannabis really means, who it affects, who profits from it and why it was prohibited in the first place.

Featuring interviews with; a cannabis activist, a hydroponic grow shop owner, a cannabis dealer, a professor of neuropsychopharmacology, who just so happens to be a former government drugs policy advisor and a medical marijuana user who would rather die than live without it.

There is no medical evidence that shows high-potency marijuana is more harmful than low-potency marijuana. Marijuana is literally one of the least toxic substances known. High-potency marijuana is actually preferable because less is of it consumed to obtain the desired effect; thereby reducing the amount of smoke that enters the lungs and lowering the risk of any respiratory health hazards. Claiming that high-potency marijuana is more harmful than low-potency marijuana is like claiming wine is more harmful than beer.
There chance of contracting cancer from smoking marijuana is minuscule. Tobacco smokers typically smoke 20+ cigarettes every day for decades, but virtually nobody smokes marijuana in the quantity and frequency required to cause cancer. A 1997 UCLA study (see page 9) concluded that even prolonged and heavy marijuana smoking causes no serious lung damage. Cancer risks from common foods (meat, salt, dairy products) far exceed any cancer risk posed by smoking marijuana. Respiratory health hazards and cancer risks can be totally eliminated by ingesting marijuana in baked foods.
Coffee contains 1,500 chemicals. Rat poison contains only 30 chemicals. Many vegetables contain cancer-causing chemicals. There is no correlation between the number of chemicals a substance contains and its toxicity. Prohibitionists often cite this misleading statistic to make marijuana appear dangerous.
The U.S. government’s own statistics show that over 75 percent of all Americans who use marijuana never use harder drugs. The gateway-drug theory is derived by using blatantly-flawed logic. Using such blatantly-flawed logic, alcohol should be considered the gateway drug because most cocaine and heroin addicts began their drug use with beer or wine–not marijuana.
Marijuana is not physically addicting. Medical studies rank marijuana as less habit forming than caffeine. The legal drugs of tobacco (nicotine) and alcohol can be as addicting as heroin or cocaine, but marijuana is one of the least habit forming substances known.
A 1996 U.S. government study claims that heavy marijuana use may impair learning ability. The key words are heavy use and may. This claim is based on studying people who use marijuana daily–a sample that represents less than 1 percent of all marijuana users. This study concluded: 1) Learning impairments cited were subtle, minimal, and may be temporary. In other words, there is little evidence that such learning impairments even exist. 2) Long-term memory was not affected by heavy marijuana use. 3) Casual marijuana users showed no signs of impaired learning. 4) Heavy alcohol use was cited as being more detrimental to the thought and learning process than heavy marijuana use.
The U.S. government reports that marijuana-related emergency room episodes are increasing. The government counts an emergency room admission as a marijuana-related episode if the word marijuana appears anywhere in the medical record. If a patient tests positive for marijuana because he/she used marijuana several days before the incident occurred, if a drunk driver admits he/she also smoked some marijuana, or if anyone involved in the incident merely possessed marijuana, the government counts the emergency room admission as a “marijuana-related episode.” Less than 0.2% of all emergency room admissions are “marijuana related.” This so-called marijuana-causes-emergencies statistic was carefully crafted by the government to make marijuana appear dangerous.

Contrary to what some politicians and prohibitionists try to tell you there has NEVER been a death from marijuana only overdose! The reason for this is marijuana’s toxicity level, it’s non-toxic! you can “overdose” easier from water!

Studies have shown that the levels it would take to kill a person from overdose is 40,000 times higher than what it would take to get you “high”. Compared this to alcohol which takes about 4 to 10 times the amount it takes to get you “high” and this is responsible for literally thousands of death every year from overdose. So explain to me again why marijuana is illegal and alcohol isn’t?

Also, the number of American deaths per year that result directly or primarily from the following selected causes nationwide is represented by the charts below, according to World Almanacs, Life Insurance Actuarial (death) Rates, and the last 20 years of U.S. Surgeon Generals’ reports.

This a article I wrote for a older blog but I thought it was relevant to Acme 420 and the Marijuana industry and all the people who benefit from Marijuana and it’s usage. It also shows that in something like legalizing Marijuana, that we the people still have the ability and the power to change the minds of those who “think” they run the country, it was given to us by our Founding Fathers and in this movement people are starting to see one voice can make a difference. I hope this article helps you understand this power and perhaps help you act upon anything in your reality that you know is wrong and stand up against it!

Which way shall we choose?

So this “New World Order” in the form of Senior Bush said is here it’s in the media all day long. The news tells us this or that, it either strikes fear, or an occasional sigh of relief, depending on what they want to do with your emotions that day.

Outrageous bills, taxes and  reforms are now being put together. Resistance has been met with large volumes of people telling these “leaders” who really is boss. But perhaps we’ve been sitting on the side lines too long and it’s already too late?

I say this is a very true quote for us to examine, it was spoken by Gandhi many many years ago and still holds validity. So examine it because it’s a road to maintaining our liberties and rights, by pushing back and waking up our neighbors and knowing this universal truth that Gandhi knew so well that he was able to move an entire country and by doing so the world.

The truth is the truth no matter how many voices speak it!

“When I despair, I remember that all through history the way of truth and love have always won. There have been tyrants, and murderers, and for a time they can seem invincible, but in the end they always fall. Think of it…always.” – Gandhi

But here now, within the sacred time in which we are all apart of, this is true for some and not for others. And in truth, the recognizing of your belief towards this quote will dictate further what we collectively want to experience & behold as the future. We are all at a cross road right now,  we can either start seeing abundance, truth & love as the main decisive weapon towards these tyrants or give in to their hatred and join in on the lack a limitation they keep feeding us.

Perhaps some people dwindle upon this possibility, but have you considered that California (and now Colorado) lead the way to really creating a movement so large that in itself will never fall apart because of how people are now towards this legalization. Even though it still “illegal” there is absolutely so many people that decline the offer of federal intervention that it’s getting harder and harder for the federal government to regulate this “dangerious” drug how they would like.

Many have believed that Marijuana would be the reason for peace, perhaps in this case it’s the catalyst that shows man his true power over his reality again!

This movement has spread through out the country, and even though they say Proposition 19 (of California) wen’t bust you and I must realize that voting fraud is common. So lets say that a good %50 of voters want this through. That’s well more then enough to tell the federal government to back off, and even though it didn’t go through, albeit it will not stop people from pushing back till the next time that vote comes around.

So in the same token we see that bills such as S.510 (Read it here at HealthFreedomUSA.org) are being considered and we see abuse and aggression by the TSA and other organizations within the USA. But now you and I are witnessing the same process where people are getting SICK and TIRED of being screwed around with. Again S.510 was held up in congress, again they must come back to it. It’s because of the massive push back that individuals are putting forth, same thing with TSA.

The America people are fit to be tied and many individuals who may have never thought they would be bothered by such things are now realizing the importance of keeping liberty. Many people are losing faith in the main stream media, many people are so sick and tired of liars in office that %33 of the Tea Party that ran won!

Just think now, we the people can say no again and again! No matter whose in office, with our voice and our none compliance of their issued Socialist “interests” we can stop anything that doesn’t serve the country or the world! The time everyone gets to vote again we will see more individuals from the Tea Party & Constitutional Party inside congress. There is a chance to move this away from the cliff.

(Despite your party affiliation to either of these, it’s wonderful to see new faces with new messages like Rand Paul!!)

Just imagine now will you, of the people’s push back against S.510 and the TSA issue by ratifying Ron Paul’s new legislator “American Travelers Dignity Act ” – I’m not sure if people really notice that if the American people can say NO! So strongly and push them off their high horse what else is possible? Anything.

Unifying is the answer to restoring the republic nothing else will do, people must be aware of these strong aggressive bills and SMASH THEM in their place to make a point and to continue to show this NWO that people of the world KNOW what they are doing and we will no longer be slaves to any type of Goonies.

But in the same boat – there’s a chance of total collapse if those people who sit at a distance do nothing. The world is teetering on top of a mountain and we can swing either way just as easy. But those with the belief of liberty and freedom, that believe that the American people are marching towards a common goal will help set the stage for those who do not yet believe.

Are you one? If so you are a beacon of peace and as you show this with unwavering faith that the word of god is set in stone from his or her belief then no mountain will stand once the word has been spoken.

Wake up, keep pushing back and restoring faith in yourself and by doing so you will inspire this in others! This is the magic of being connected to everything, you are not your thoughts you are being thought, so you as one little person do matter to the universe/god and your thoughts and belief WILL.. not maybe, WILL resurrect your personal life and America to it’s fullest glory.
